You are invited to apply for the NCYU scholarship offered by the National Chiayi University when you are applying for admission. The following categories of international students are eligible:

1.Those who have not yet been a Scholarship in Taiwan.

2.Not ROC passport holders

3.Not full time employees, yet income under a certain amount

4.Not holding the status of overseas Chinese or PRC citizenship

5.Enrolling in a minimum of 4 credits per semester

6.GPA above 75

In addition, you are encouraged to apply for the NCYU scholarship throughout your study years at the National Chiayi University. Scholarships are awarded on a year-by-year basis and annual applications are necessary. The maximum term for undergraduate students is 4 years, for master’s students 2 years, and for doctoral students 4 years.
