These programs offered by the College it will symphonize with the topic programs of the world, and the College will also recruit

 potential faculties and establish fine research laboratories and farms for elevating the levels of education and research.

★Strategic Objectives  　
1.   Several fields of agricultural research in the College have well  established, and these outstanding achievements will be hold with 
       strengthening research.

2.   The University is located in the southern part of Taiwan across tropical cancel line, so the research of the University is suitable in
       subtropical agriculture, and the University may develop into one of   leading research institutes in subtropical agriculture.

3.The University will integrate various disciplines into several solid teams that may challenge the leading position in Taiwan, for  

       examples of   the application of biotechnology in agriculture, orchid science  due to the University close to the sites of production.

★Educational Objectives
1.    The programs are offered by the College and will have distinguishing feather that can meet the requirements   of local industry

      of agriculture, and the national strategic of agricultural development too.

2.    The emphasis of these programs will be based on the harmony between science and practice, and the well trained   students 

      have the ability of solving problems.

3.    The University will install fine facilities in instruments, information and library that provide the students having the    abilities 

      of self-learning.

4.    The faculties will be encouraged to develop their features, and the College will recruit potential faculties to elevate   and extend 

        the research disciplines.

5.    The harmony relationship between teacher and student will be encouraged.

6.    The students will be encouraged to attend the social works that may train students to concern the social and   country.

3.For the development of long term, the College will enforce research    and teaching capacity of all departments that may offer
       international academic programs, establishing the postgraduate     academic programs it is encouraged too.

4.For elevating the teaching capacity in environmental science, the     College will establish a center of conservation and teaching

       center    of forest ecology.
