The degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (B.S.) is granted when a student completes certain formal requirements. To earn the B.S. degree, a student must have a minimum of 128 credit hours, including 31 required numbers of credits in the general study category, and 61 required credit hours in the chemistry-related category.
