In order to implement service concepts of self-learning and recreation &leisure provision, a variety of audiovisual spaces such as personal audiovisual area, multiple-person audiovisual area, multimedia CD learning area, music area, and group audiovisual room are provided inside the audiovisual media service area for reader use. Resources as well as comprehensive and comfortable multimedia audiovisual spaces are offered.

　　The two audiovisual media service centers are located in Lantan and Min Hsiung Library respectively. They are located on the 3rd floor of Lantan Library and 2nd floor of Minsyong Library. The Audiovisual Center of Teachers College National Chiayi University is the forerunner of these two audiovisual media service centers. In August, 2004, the school organization underwent reform and it now falls under the system information division of the library.
