The mission of the Department of Management Information Systems is to pursue creative discovery and dissemination of MIS knowledge and information technology skills. Our department considers ‘the management capability of information systems’ and ‘professional knowledge in technology’ to be equally important. The programs are therefore carefully crafted to provide students with high-quality managerial knowledge and practical capabilities in the business-oriented environment. Besides, we are committed to providing the opportunities and the environment for the full development of the students’ potential ability, personal character, and working attitude.

Our department offers full-time academic programs at Bachelor and Master level supported by the academic staff who have relevant Doctoral degrees, sound records in teaching performance, and professional experiences in the industries. This department has established and developed many professional labs and research centers. In particular, cutting-edge software and hardware facilities are employed to support teaching, academic research, and business consultancy.
