Title:Yolk noodle upgrading

Dept. of Food Sci. has collaborated with the Farmer’s Association of Salty Water County, Tainan to improve the quality of manufacturing, and the aroma and flavor of the traditional yolk noodle. Sophia Ferng who lead the collaboration project said that the upgraded Salty Water County yolk noodle has integrated duck egg to enhance the taste of the noodle.
