In June 14, 2004, The center affiliated with college of life sciences was created by following the resolution in 8th annual executive conference. 

Objectives and targets 

    Due to  the changing of society and rise of life quality, manufacturers and general public has put more effort on health awareness; Thus, We focus on the main mission - "health" to pursuit  "healthy body", "healthy living" and "healthy environment".  The Center is looking the cooperation with biotechnology research companies in Science Park to increase consumer protection in health and safety and equity.

  (A) Provision of analytical services: We provide professional and efficient testing services which controlled by strict quality system. 

  (B) technical guide and services delivery. 

  (C) Assistance for establishment of quality control system. 

  (D) New product development. 

  (E) Commissioned training. 

Future Direction 

    Applied biotechnology, agricultural resources, biotechnology and food-related biological techniques are widely applied and cooperated to provide more extensive and deep services for help the public.
