Title:Who is qualified to use discussion rooms?

  All the NCYU students/faculty are qualified to use discussion rooms. The discussion room can be reserved through the division of reader services and has to be used by at least three people each time. The room can be used for two hours each time and can be extended an extra two hours if necessary.
