Course Description:

This course provides an introduction to the basic process and principles of biodiversity that provide a foundation needed to understand the biodiversity of life. Specific case studies are included to illustrate problems of biodiversity loss and actions required to reverse the trends. This course also discusses major threats to biodiversity and the main conservation problems of Taiwan.
