Vice President Vincent Siew Offers His Best Wishes to New Graduates of NCYU
Graduation ceremonies of the academic year 2009 took place on three campuses of National Chiayi University in Lantan, Minghsiung and Sinmin on June 5. In the morning, Vice President Vincent Siew arrived on the Lantan Campus to offer his best wishes to the new graduates of NCYU. He encouraged them to pursue lifelong learning and professional knowledge, and above all cultivate high moral integrity.
