Chunhsien Wang is Professor of Department of Bio-industry and Agribusiness Administration. Prior to joining National Chiayi University, he belonged to the faculty in business administration at Ming Chuan University in Taipei. He received his Ph.D. from the National Sun Yat-sen University and also holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Management and an MBA with a concentration in International Business. Dr. Wang 's research interests include management of technology, research and development, innovation and competitive strategy, performance evaluation, and decision-making. His published work has appeared in several management journals. Professor Wang has also joint several large-scale industrial research programs and training courses in his expertise.  Both of these programs aim to strengthen the ties between research and practice.

Professor Wang teaches at levels of the business program, including undergraduates, MBA, and EMBA. He has taught courses in innovation strategy, international business, production and operation management, management of technology and bio-technology R&D innovation strategy. In addition, He has the recipient of the best paper award at international conference.
