This division is responsible for the development and management of the information operation towards the whole university's computerized information system. The major task is to achieve the automatized administration at National Chiayi University(NCYU). The architecture of all the applications is either web-based or client-server with distributed database. For years we have been making efforts to implement office automation and to integrate all the systems, including accounting, human resources, student affairs, general affairs, and academic affairs, etc. By improving our technologies and enhancing standards of data exchange and maintenance, we have possessed abilities integrating information systems across various platforms. Our goal is to build a data center with integrated information services for all the campuses.

Affairs

• Develop the information systems for the administrative units, such as Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Student Affairs, Office of general Affairs, Research & Development Office, Personnel Office and Accounting Office.
• Maintain the systems of accounting system, and official documents management for the Office of General Affairs.
