1.To enhance the restaurant hygiene,
we have to supervision restaurant business, maintaining the quality of school meals, to ensure food safety. According to ministry of education department of Health enact the "school cafeteria staff and students co-op kitchen hygiene management measures" to set up Dietary Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Council).
2.This will set up several committee members, Dean of Student Affairs, Dean of General Affairs, Director of Military Education Office, Director of Personnel Office, Accounting Officer, Student Affairs Health Care Team Leader, Student Assistance Team Leader, General Affairs Team Leader, Construction and Maintenance Team Leader, Leader of Property Management Section, Leader of Document and File Section, Min-hsiung Dean of General Affairs, Management college Secretary, The leader of Centre for Environmental Safety Management Environmental Protection Group for Ex-officio members,College Recommended a teacher and a student to represent, more members appointed by the president for one year. If the job change in the term of office, it will be automatically filled by the new.
3.Dean of General Affairs will serve as convener, meeting as the Chairman,If tasks need it could be established by executive secretary, to do administrative work.
4.This will set Administrative Matters and Health and quality control two groups, to Implement the work:
(1) Administrative Matters Group:General office to take responsibility the work of supervision and implement, the group leader will retain by Dean of General Affairs, could held group meeting, Invite the members deliberated matters or disputes related to arbitration, the particular portfolio as following:
A.To handle bidding、retain company, Sign (continued, solution) and the notary issues.
B. Review contractor eligible bidders, business planning.
C. Monitor the implementation of the contract and contractor fined for breach of contract matters relating to penalties.
D. Restaurant、Kitchen facility buying, storage, maintenance and promotion。
E. Replacement contractor need to use the restaurant facilities maintenance, inventory and transfer.
F. Restaurant kitchen design, tendering, repairs and other work items.
G. Site expanses and Financial planning.
H. Other related issues.
(2) Health and quality control Group:Student Affairs to take responsibility the work of supervision and implement, the group leader will retain by Dean of Student Affairs, could held group meeting, Invite the members deliberated matters or disputes related to arbitration, the particular portfolio as following:
A. To assist the agency or unit of the restaurant, food and beverage outlets of the check。
B. Restaurant, Kitchen environment、Water and cooking, tableware hygiene inspection。
C. Inspect of food hygiene and supervision of health staff.
D. Dietary staff health examination.
E. Training and advocacy the restaurant safety and hygiene.
F. Evaluation of vendor satisfaction。
G. Food hygiene, nutrition and etiquette education for students.
H. Other related issues.
I. The meeting will be helded once each semester, ad hoc meetings when necessary.
J. The Council meeting, the President may invite the officer to attend.
K. Pass the main points of the Executive Council, and approved by the president could implement.
