The 21st Chiayi International Music Band Festival will start tomorrow with sounds of shining brass instruments and wooden instruments, and the press conference was conducted at the Taipei Red House Plaza this afternoon. The Mayor Huang led the music band of Taipei Municipal Zhong Shan Girls High School and the students of Zhuang Jing Vocational School that had music band chick graphics on their clothing. They had a parade on Ximending pedestrian zone, so people can feel the grand occasion of Music Bnad Festival. Huang invited passionately all citizens come to Chiayi to experience the music band feast between December 21 and the 2013 New Year’s Eve.

  The Mayor Huang stated the 21^st Chiayi City International Music Band Festival invited music bands from Europe and Asia with total 80 bands. The indoor and outdoor concerts reach 71 scenes as well. The Moscow Sax Quintet from Russia, the Danish Gymnastics Team, and the Republic of Tuva Government Wind Orchestra, which come to perform in Taiwan as their first time, will perform during the horse parade. Welcome all citizen come to Chiayi city to experience the traditional performances of grassland clans.

  The press conference was begun with the African March from Mamaya band, then the citizen shining brass quintet performed “What a Wonderful World”. The event warmed up the coming Music Band Festival on December 29 by the parade in the Ximending pedestrian zone.
